These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting of web development services provided by:

2. Description of services

SolidaWeb offers web development services for freelancers and businesses, with the following main packages:

Starter Package — €790 (+ 21% VAT)

Ideal for freelancers, personal brands, and projects needing a quick online presence. Includes up to 5 pages, responsive design, contact form, basic SEO, and approximately 2-week delivery.

Professional Package — €1,490 (+ 21% VAT)

Ideal for growing businesses and lead generation. Includes up to 10 pages, advanced SEO, blog section, Google Analytics and Search Console integration, and approximately 3-4 week delivery.

Custom Solutions — Custom quote

Ideal for e-commerce, business tools, client portals, and custom web applications. Scope and budget are defined according to the specific needs of the project.

3. Hiring process

  1. Initial consultation: The client contacts via form or email to discuss the project.
  2. Proposal: A detailed proposal is sent with scope, timeline, and budget.
  3. Acceptance: The client accepts the proposal and makes the 50% upfront payment.
  4. Development: The project is developed according to the agreed scope.
  5. Review and approval: The client reviews and requests changes within the included revisions.
  6. Delivery: After final approval and payment of the remaining 50%, the project is delivered.

4. Prices and payment method

All prices indicated on the website exclude the 21% VAT applicable in Spain.

Payment method

  • 50% of the total budget at the start of the project
  • Remaining 50% upon completion and approval, before final delivery
  • Payment is made through Stripe, accepting credit/debit cards and other available methods

For Custom Solutions projects, the payment structure will be agreed upon in the proposal.

5. Delivery times

  • Starter Package: Approximately 2 weeks
  • Professional Package: Approximately 3-4 weeks
  • Custom Solutions: According to the scope defined in the proposal

Deadlines are approximate and may vary depending on project complexity, client response speed, and availability of content provided by the client.

6. Revisions and approval

  • Starter Package: 1 round of revisions included
  • Professional Package: 2 rounds of revisions included
  • Custom Solutions: As defined in the proposal

Additional revisions will be billed at €50/hour. Changes outside the original project scope will require an additional quote.

7. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

However, this right of withdrawal will not be applicable if the service has been fully executed or if the client has expressly requested that the service provision begin during the withdrawal period.

8. Refund policy

  • If the client cancels before work begins, 100% of the initial payment will be refunded.
  • If the client cancels after work has started but before delivery, the initial payment minus hours worked (calculated at €50/hour) will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be made after final project delivery.

9. Intellectual property

Once full payment is completed, the client obtains full ownership of all project deliverables, including source code, designs, and content created specifically for the project.

The owner reserves the right to use the project in their portfolio and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed.

The client guarantees that provided content (texts, images, logos) does not infringe third-party rights.

10. Limitation of liability

The owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. The owner's total liability will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services.

11. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or breaches due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or third-party infrastructure failures.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.
